I am enjoying listening to a title in my PLEXTALK Pocket. Can I play the same title on my PTN2?
A.1-1
Yes. Just connect your PLEXTALK Pocket to your PLEXTALK PTN2. Your PLEXTALK PTN2 will automatically recognize your PLEXTALK Pocket as USB media. Then, you can select a title in your PLEXTALK Pocket by pressing the Right or Left key.

I have a DAISY title in my USB drive. Can I play it on my PTN2?
A.1-2
Yes. Just connect the USB drive to your PLEXTALK PTN2. Your PLEXTALK PTN2 will automatically recognize the USB drive as a USB media. Then you can select a title in your PLEXTALK Pocket by pressing the Right or Left key.

Can I connect my PTN2 to my computer directly via USB to copy a title or file to an SD card in my PTN2?
A.1-3
A computer does not recognize PTN2 as a removable drive. If you want to copy a title to an SD card, please insert it either to a USB card reader that has an SD card slot or to an SD card slot of your computer, then copy the file.

Can I read Audible.com books on my PLEXTALK PTN2?

The PTN2 does not have USB On-The-Go (OTG), so it is not seen as a device by the AudibleManager Software when connected via USB. However, the AudibleManager software can be configured to recognize and activate the SD card from your PTN2. After activation, you can transfer content to the SD card, which can then be inserted in the PTN2.

I lost a user’s guide CD. How can I get a user’s guide?

You can download a electronic file of user’s guide or quick guide on the support page of PLEXTALK web site. The user’s guide can be played on your PTN2 when you press the ’0′ key.

Q.3-2
Can I upgrade the firmware by myself?

Yes. The latest firmware is available on PLEXTALK web site. You can download and extract this on your computer, then copy an extracted folder to an SD card or a USB drive. When you insert this SD card or insert this USB drive to your PTN2, firmware upgrade will start automatically. For more information, Please refer PTN2 firmware instruction.
