New firmware Ver.1.13 is now ready for PTN1 and PTN1/Pro.

PTN1 firmware change history from Ver.1.06 to 1.13
- Title information is added in announce of current place in book. This information is announced by pressing and holding play/stop key.
- MP3 decoder is updated.
